Joe The Plumber

In last night’s presidential debate, John McCain used the phrase Joe The Plumber to create a fictional persona while talking about his tax plan. Well, it turns out that joetheplumber.com is a real URL, with a real man behind it! Apparently, according to Alley Insider, the man has been flooded with offers to buy his domain. He hasn’t stated the exact offers, but did say that some were in the hundreds of thousands of dollars!

I’m holding out for Barack to use Anand The Pet Photographer at a rally over the next few weeks.

Molson’s getting better!

Molson is now 2 weeks post-op. He just had his stitches removed this past Tuesday. While his chest is still rather swollen, what you may notice in the above photo is the lack of a big, ugly growth on the right hand side of his snout.

One more interesting note about this photo: notice the razor thin depth of field I got. You’d think it was at f1.8, but in actuality, it’s f4! The thin depth of field is mostly attributed to how close the lens was to the subject. Learn something new everyday shooting dogs!

On September 6th, Doghouse was invited to play along with Truffle and Carli and Michelle’s annual big bash in Penaook, New Hampshire. They had a nice union ceremony with loved ones, and celebrated the auspicious occasion with great live music. We played for about an hour, between Truffle’s great first and second set.

Many of these photos were taken by Holly Parker, my sweet, sweet kick ass girl.
