My friend lent me an SB 600 to try out. I spent less than five minutes reading the manual. Here’s how I made out in a quick, five minute session.
I start with the 18-200 VR at wide settings, then take the flash off the camera, consult the manual for 2 minutes to find the appropriate settings, and place the nifty fifty on.
I gotta say Nikon’s Creative Lighting System is pretty foolproof. Click thru to Flickr for a technical explanation on what I did in such a small amount of time.
